Waiting times are a catastrophe, you can see that you haven't had a clue about planning in this shop for years. Really bad, thanks never again.

I picked up a menu at the drive in today. Unfortunately, the organization of the drive-in doesn't really work. I stood in line for over 30 minutes. Of course we are in lockdown and the demand is correspondingly high, but shouldn't the restaurant have slowly adjusted to this and optimized the ordering process? Suggestion: separate the process of taking orders, paying and serving and distributing them to different people.

It may take a while, but when the drive-in is full, the staff can't change anything. The hygiene rules according to what is recognizable, well implemented, even if the staff mostly has no guest contact, the employees in the shop wear a mask. The food tastes freshly prepared.

Burger King has a very good hygiene concept. Unfortunately, not many customers don't do it.

Very unfriendly staff, coupons from the app are not accepted and the burgers don't look good for the prices either.

Absolutely unfriendly employee after complaining that you were standing in the cold and not being let in. The new Corona regulation apparently means that no one is allowed into the store after 8 p.m., but it is not advertised anywhere. Very disappointing!!!

Unfortunately again an order paid and the order was not complete! At the window it is still said what should be in there ... Unfortunately that is not possible! Others don't get the money for free either!

The burgers taste much better to me than those of the competition and actually deserve 5 stars. But what doesn't work at all is the extremely long waiting time in the drive-in - tonight with around 8 cars, an unbelievable 24 minutes! And unfortunately this is the rule. The BurgerKing is either completely understaffed and / or poorly organized (only one man to place orders, set up, collect and spend). So unfortunately only 3 instead of 5 stars.

Quality as you know it from Burger King. Everything that was ordered and paid for was in the bag. Were in service at the drive in. Very pleasant and friendly cashier also the waiting time was ok.

According to Drive In employees, no vouchers go to them in the restaurant. The vouchers are valid until November 6th, 2020 (order on October 25th). So instead of € 25 you paid € 40. Also a bit rude. Not recommendable.

Sometimes really terrible service, you are treated in a friendly way here, but the lack of competent and fast staff is really big here, the drive-in is handled at the speed of light, but the waiting customers in mask have to wait over 1 hour here. Please look for a more competent staff for the checkout than 2 washcloths who have no plan of their work. Don't get me wrong: The food tastes good, but after (really) waiting 1 hour I no longer have an appetite for a meal that was in the hands of 2 Turks.

Due to lack of staff you have to wait a long time before you can order. The tables are not disinfected and the tray trolleys are always full. Otherwise the staff is friendly. But could work a little faster due to the high queue.

Never go there again, the staff is absolutely demotivated and incompetent. You stand in the shop for half an hour to order something and you can watch the employees stand their legs in their stomachs. In addition, it is an impossibility that it is accepted without problems that people waiting in the store without a mask or that people order something to take away from the terminal in order to get to it faster and then boldly sit down in the store anyway and thus come forward precede everyone else. Urgent advice to retrain employees! Normally we should report this to the health department.

Today I drove the long way from Marxzell to KA because my son asked for food from Burger King. My son is autistic and very strict about eating. I ordered Big King plan for him. I've asked twice whether that's the case. When I got home, the burgers were of course not planned. I shopped for around € 50, but the fries and the sauces for the King Nuggets were missing. I think that's a shame, I won't take that journey any more.

The staff was friendly, but you could see that they were overwhelmed. Why is only one cash register open on Sunday lunchtime or afternoon? That's why there are long waiting times that are just too long. I've never had to wait so long in a fast food chain, after a proud 16 minutes we decided to order via the terminal. Although we actually wanted to eat there. Then we were allowed to wait another 10 minutes. No straws and napkins in the bag. The toilets are closed except for the disabled toilet. Such long waiting times with a child are definitely too long. At least the staff was really friendly.

First you wait forever in the queue because this Burger King can't do it to avoid long queues to serve the customer quickly or to have someone at the checkout at all. Because even the preparation takes what feels like an eternity. For me this is no longer fast food. And although you placed an extra order (Whopper-Jr with cheese) the food was almost cold. I don't know how to do that and most burgers are made in advance and are on the "warming shelf". In addition, the employees themselves do not necessarily have their mouthguards on correctly, sometimes only over their mouths or simply under their chin.

My son and I went to lunch at rush hour. Placing a skilled worker at the drive in and an apprentice at the cash register at lunchtime (who still needs help) is not the best solution. Staff were friendly and despite that we got the food quickly. Burgers, fries and the like were good as always. Unfortunately I was able to observe this because of the lack of staff? tables were not disinfected and data was not recorded. Thus, the guests sat down in the uncleaned place where another family was sitting 5 minutes beforehand, etc. Toilets are locked, only the disabled toilet is open. When I (9 months pregnant) asked whether I could exceptionally use the disabled toilet, the answer was no. In other BK branches things are currently going much better.

Service was fast. but they did not give all of my sandvices, I had to claim for it. Also mozarella stick was not formed well and some of them was half empty. The burgers was cold.

Horrible experience. We decided to dine in the restaurant. When our food was done, the lady at the register refused to give us cup covers and straws and told us we were not allowed to have them because we chose to dine in. She went further to explain how it was a "new rule." I even offered to pay for the straws and she refused. We had to change our order to carry out just so we could have straws and cup covers. She even had to be reminded of the tax difference when dining in and carry out and was upset about having to refund us money as well!!! It was an ugly uncalled for incident over cup covers and straws!!! Will never dine here again...

Burger king burgers are very delicious and it's also very fresh. The major problem they have and I've noticed it a lot is that Burger King outlets customer services is so slow. To get better deals you can use the burger king apps for coupons.

A very small burger king. With a playground for children. The service here is very friendly and you get the food very quickly. The restaurant is very clean and so are the toilets. There are enough parking spaces. The drive in is also good because it is wider here than usual.

Classic burger king food. There was a vegetarian alternative. But the staff wasnt friendly.

One of the best Burger King restaurants in this area. It has a playground for children & a wheelchair accessible entrance. Menu & pricing is pretty much the same as every where else.

Very cozy burger place. Service Staff is friendly. Good parking place.

My burger was good, but it took them very long.
